perspective: Atticus
This court trail had defiantly been life changing. I cant believe people would really do such an injustice to a person just for having a different color. There really willing to let someone die just cause hes colored. I mean im a withe man and I still dont think like that. Its just not right. I am always going to remember this It'll never come out of my head and I will try to fight for colored rights.
I have a feeling that Mayella Ewell will confess to her lying. Or atleast thats what I hope what she should do. I hope that feels guilty for what she did. She was willing to kill someone just to hide her shame. It just isn't fair. Tom Robinson is the last person who really needs to die. He has a family thats now left with nothing. Now his wife is going to have to survive all alone.

To Kill A Mocking Bird choise : B
Choice B: Tell how the following characters respond to the jury's verdict: Jem
I don't find it fair that the jury will find Tom Robinson guilty. I personally believe that's its just that If someone voted on his side the town might hate him of say thing about him. It still isn't fair, would they really be willing to have someone die just so that they wouldn't be hated. I also think that they all said that he was guilty just because "hes a negro" and isn't worth anything. However that is completely wrong he is a human being just like all of us.
They heard all of the facts, they all know that my dad is right but Tom Robinson is "a negro". I mean how can he choke and hit Mayella in the right side when one of his left arm is shorter then his right. Another thing is how my dad said where were her brothers? and she couldn't even respond ! Another thing is how her dad drank and It was more likely for her dad to have hit her that night then Tom Robinson. They both don't also have the same stories which just makes it obvious that they're both lying.
I think that all of those jury members have done the biggest mistake of their life. Now an Innocent man is going to die, after he did nothing. His poor family will have to suffer SO much ! and Imagine how Tom Robinson feels now, he's going to have to leave his whole family alone, which just isn't fair.

To Kill A Mockin Bird 4-7

Perspective; Jem
Everything is a lot different ever since Dill left. Now we have school , which I really dislike. One day after school me and Scout pass by the Radley's house , Scout then discovers a piece thin foil on the knothole of a tree in the knothole there was two chewed pieces of gum. She puts them in her mouth and starts chewing them I was so grossed out I told her to spit them out. Then we found two penies with indian heads on them and we decide to keep them.
Then summer finally came , which was a good thing since Dill finally came and school was finally over. Then came all of our fun games. One day we played a game when we would roll on a wheel. It was Scouts turn it was all good until she rolled into Radley's yard.
Time has passed and me and Dill have became a lot closer. For some reason Scout kind of stopped hanging out with us as much and she tarts to hang out more witch Miss Maudie Atkinson. One day me and Dill had a great idea , we were going to invite Boo Radley to come out of his house and have some Ice Cream with us. I tried putting the note on his window with a fishing pole. But then my dad , Atticus sees us and tells us to stop and leave him alone.
Then the last day of Dill being here in Mayconb unfortunately comes. We followed my dads rule about not messing with Boo but today we weren't. Me and Dill planed to sneak into his house and see whats in their. Scout comes along with us. While we are their we see a shadow and then hear a gun shoot in the back of us. We were scared so we decided to leave we had to go under the fence to get out. Ones I was about to leave my pants get stuck in the fence the only way I could get out was if I took off my pants do then I did.
When i got home my dad asked me what has happened with my pants. Dill covers up for me and tells him he won them from me on a game of strip poker. My asked me If i was really playing with cards and i told him that we were just playing with matches.
Then a few days after school returned I found my pants mysteriously neatly hung over the fence. I decide to tell Scout but she didnt seem to react the way I would of expected her to. That same day on our way home from school We found a ball of gray twine on the knothole. We leave it their to see if its anyones but days pass and no one takes it. So we just take it.
Scout then tells me how she doesnt like school. I think that she just expected something better. But to motivate her I tell her that school will get better.
Later that fall we pass by the knothole again and see two soap scoulptures that resemble the both of us , their was also some gum , an old pocket , and some gum. The next day me and Scout notice that the knothole was covered with cement. We asked Boo's brother and he told us he covered it cause the tree was dying.

To Kill A Mockin Bird 1-3
Perspective- Scout !
Hello, my names is Jean Louise Finch but please call me Scout, I know its a very eccentric nick name. I live in Maycomb with: My dady, Atticus , my brother Jem , and last but no least Calpurnia. My mom died a while a go so obviously she doesn't live with us, even tough I wish she did. Everything would be a lot different in a good way tough.
The reason of why were living here is because an ancestor of us (Simon Finch) moved here to escape from all of England's religious persecutions which really intimidates him. Now my dady is a very successful lawyer. Sometimes it Irks me that we have to live here , in such a poor town with nothing to do. Nothing really that interesting happens. Theirs no one to really play with but my older brother , Jem.
Until one summer a boy I have never seen moves next door. He calls him self Dill. He told us he will come every summer. Then he became on of our friends. One day Dill suggests that we go to Boo Radley's home , he is a very malevolent man. Who the rumor has it he stabbed his dad with a pair of scissors. No one has seen him come out of his house for about 15 years now. I inside really didn't want to I was too scared. One day Dill dared Jem to go and touch his house , my brother of course did as he did i can swear I saw a shutter moving as if someone was peeking out the window.
Then summer was over and for the first time I got to go to school for the first time. The thing that was really bad tough is that on my first day of school i get in trouble. The worse thing is that I get in trouble just for knowing how to read. My teacher tells me that I read wrong , even tough I dont think so. I told Jem about it and he seemed not to care. He said that my teacher was just trying a new method of teaching. Then a classmate of mine who is really poor forgot his lunch and my teacher tell him that he can give him money if he paid her back. But the thing is that hes too poor he wouldn't be able to pay her. I try to explain that to her , and for no reason she gets really mad and slaps me with a ruler !

To Kill A Mockin Bird !
I think that one of my closest friends Alin really relates to scout. They both have like the exact same personality. They are both nearly the same age, they both are just alike in many ways like : there both tomboys, they both have short hair, the both like to play more with guys then girl & she can kick come butt just like scout.
I also think that Alin's brother(Miguel),is just like Jem. They both use the exact same language. He is very violent. I think they fit perfectly because they are both very united, they have their fights, but they also have their good times.

10-11 post 2
Prespective: Atticus
Dear journal;
Chapter 10;
Today was a really harsh day! I got home with the sherif, Heck Tate. Calpurnia calls me and tells me there is a mad dog down the street. Then the sherif give me the rifle and tells me to shoot the animal. You see when I was younger I was a really good shooter they would call me "One shot Finch". I never told my kids and I really dont want them to know.
Chapter 11;
I am really worried, since my son and daughter have to pass trough Mrs. Dubose house. She is a very cranky person and I dont want her to tell my son or daughter anything mean, specially nothing about me "defending niggers" because I know how much that makes Scout mad. So I told Jem to be a gentleman to her and not to listen to anything she says.
Until one day Mrs. Dubose tell Jem and scout that im not any better than the “niggers and trash I works for”. Jem got furious and he destroys Mrs. Dubose camellia bushes with Atticus baton. I didnt think that was really fair for Mrs. Dubose since she is an old sick woman. So as a punishment I made Jem go and read to her. He had to read for her not just once but many other times. Everyday more and more. A month after Mrs. Dubose had died I told my son and daughter how she was addicted to morphine and reading was a way for her to stop the addiction.

To Kill A Mocking Bird 8-9
Prespective: Scout
Chapter 8 and 9;
For the first time here in Maycomb theirs an actual real winter, which leads to the snow fall and the snowfall cause school to be canceled. Me and Jem then gathered as much snow as we can , we even took some from Miss Maudie’s yard and moved it our own. We tried making a snowman but their wasn't enough snow so we just ended up building this small figured that we and tried and made it look like Mr. Avery.
Later that night my dad wakes me up, he helps me put my coat and takes me outside. We then see Miss Maudie’s house is on fire. The neighbors help her save her furniture, and the fire truck arrives in time to stop the fire from spreading to other houses, but Miss Maudie’s house burns down! In the confusion, someone puts a blanket over me. Then my dad later asks me about it, I have no idea who put it over me. Jem then realizes that Boo Radley put it on me, and he reveals the whole story of the knothole, the presents, and the mended pants to my dad . My dad tells us to keep it to ourselves, and then I realize that Boo was just behind me.
The next day Miss Maudie really cheerful tells us how much she hated her old house. She wanted a new one after a wile a go. She also tells us that she wished she had been there when Boo Radley put the blanket over me so she could of catched him in the act.
The next day in school I almost got in a fight with my classmate Cecil Jacobs after he had said that "My dad defends niggers".
Then Christmas finally came, and uncle Jack came over to celebrate it with us. For christmas my dad takes us to his sisters Alexandras house. There his sister keeps on insisting that I should dress more like a woman, and stop wearing pants. I am not going to listen to her tough.
One night, Francis tells me that Dill is a runt and then calls my dad a “nigger-lover.” I then beat him up. Francis tells Alexandra and Uncle Jack that I hit him, and Uncle Jack spanks me without hearing my side of the story. After we returned back to Maycomb, I tell Jack what Francis said and Jack gets furious. I make him promise not to tell my dad, however, because my dad had asked me not to fight anyone over what is said about him. Jack promises and keeps his word. Later, I overhears Atticus telling Jack that Tom Robinson is innocent but its hard to convince since it’s an all-white jury.
